Ayushman Bharat Card Download: PMJAY Beneficiary Guide (2026)

1. Open https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in 2. Click Beneficiary Login 3. Enter your mobile number → verify OTP 4. Select Scheme = PMJAY, your State, and search by Aadhaar / Family ID / Name / PMJAY ID / Location 5. If your name appears in the list, you're eligible. Note your PMJAY ID.

Eligibility is based on SECC 2011 data plus state-added categories. If your name doesn't appear but you believe you qualify, visit the nearest Common Service Centre (CSC) with Aadhaar and ration card.

Next to your name, click the e-KYC icon (📷 or fingerprint). Choose an authentication method:

• Aadhaar OTP (easiest — mobile linked to Aadhaar required)
• Face auth (via AadhaarFaceRD app)
• Fingerprint (needs biometric device — do at CSC)

Upload a clear passport-size photo, verify details (name, DOB, address as per Aadhaar), and submit. Approval is usually instant for OTP; face/fingerprint may take up to 15 minutes.

Once status shows Approved:

1. Log in again at https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in 2. Find your name in the list 3. Click Download Card (arrow/download icon) 4. Save the PDF — this is your official Ayushman Bharat card, valid at all empanelled hospitals

Take a colour print and laminate a copy for your wallet. Digital copy on phone is also accepted.

• Go to any empanelled hospital (search list at https://hospitals.pmjay.gov.in)
• Meet the PMAM (Pradhan Mantri Arogya Mitra) desk
• Show Ayushman card + one government photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, DL)
• Treatment is fully cashless up to ₹5 lakh per family per year, covering pre-hospitalisation (3 days), hospitalisation, and 15 days post-hospitalisation

No referral needed for emergency care.

• Name not found: Visit a CSC with Aadhaar + ration card, or call 14555 to check state-specific inclusion
• e-KYC rejected: Photo blurry, or Aadhaar details mismatch — re-upload with plain background, ensure name/DOB match Aadhaar exactly
• Mobile not linked to Aadhaar: Visit any Aadhaar Seva Kendra to update, then retry
• Card not downloading: Wait 24 hours after approval, try a different browser, or use the Ayushman app
